HOW ARE YOUR PRINTS MADE?

All my prints are made with love here in the US and using Inkjet printers on archival, acid-free, 100% cotton Hahnemuhle Rag 308 paper.

  • Heavy, bright white, smooth matte surface

  • Meets the highest industry standards regarding density, color gamut, color graduation, and image sharpness

  • 308 gsm weight, 19 mil thickness

  • 100% rag, 98% Opacity

  • Acid free, lightfast, and extremely resistant to ageing (100+ years)


DO YOU OFFER FRAMING?

Not at the moment, but border, mat, and framing options are coming soon.

CAN I ORDER A PRINT OF A PHOTO I SAW ON YOUR WEBSITE OR INSTAGRAM?

Please feel free to e-mail me at hello@shanaberenzweig.com with the image and size you're interested in and I'll do my best to accommodate your request, however not all images are available in print.

Images and print products may be added or removed at any time, so be sure to snag your fave now before it’s gone.


WHAT ABOUT A CUSTOM PRINT SIZE?

Same thing, if you have in mind a specific image and size, please contact me and I’ll see what I can do. Not all images may be available in all print sizes.


DO THE IMAGES IN YOUR SHOP ACCURATELY DISPLAY WHAT THE PRINT WILL LOOK LIKE IN PERSON?

Colors can look different depending on what monitor or brightness level you have. I do my best to show what the images will look in person, but please know that they can vary slightly.

Crop sizes will also vary slightly depending on the print size chosen compared to the screen view. You’ll notice that the 11x14 will be cropped slightly compared to the larger sizes which have no cropping.

Currently all of the images in the shop are full bleeds. Mat and borders options coming soon.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

PLEASE NOTE THAT COVID-19 HAS TEMPORARILY IMPACTED TURNAROUND TIMES BY 7-10 DAYS. All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days via standard ground and you can expect delivery within 2-3 weeks. Your print will be safely wrapped in a cardboard tube or mailer.

Above transit times are all estimates provided by the shipping carriers. The Shana Berenzweig Print Shop is not responsible for any delay.


WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

If I could hand-deliver every image to every corner of the world, I would, as I’d love for my work to hang on your wall wherever you call home. But until then, all print orders include FREE standard ground shipping anywhere in the continental US, which means unfortunately no Hawaii or Alaska.

For delivery quotes to Alaska and Hawaii, please email me.

If you need signature delivery or additional insurance, please contact me for a quote. 

If you would like to ship to a APO or PO boxes or don't see a shipping option that delivers to your location, please give me a shoot.


I DON’T LIVE IN THE US, CAN YOU SHIP ABROAD?

Yes, I can ship internationally, please contact me for more information and a quote.


DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

All prints are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged at this time. If your print is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, additional shipping fees will apply.


WHAT IF MY ARTWORK ARRIVES DAMAGED?

We do our very best to make sure everything arrives safe and sound. However, occasionally things do happen in transit and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me at hello@shanaberenzweig.com within 7 days of delivery if you receive artwork that has been damaged in transit.

My print and shipping partners require any damage to be reported within 7 days of receiving the print, so please make sure to open your package carefully and in a timely manner. Please keep all original packaging as it may be required, along with the original print and/or frame, to process your claim. Please also take photos of the damage and include with your email inquiry.


WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

I currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay.


WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?

If you’re a Texas resident, 8.25% tax will be added to your order.
